Tenders are invited for Trench Excavation and Electrical Duct Laying from Huteau Lane Substation to Revolution Avenue Subject: PUC intends to lay electrical ducts from Huteau Lane to Revolution avenue. The Works shall comprise of the following: 1. Excavation Works 2. Backfilling and Compaction works 3. Reinforced concrete works 4. Road Crossings Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC-s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Thursday 9th February 2023 to Thursday 16th February 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document. Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Monday 20th February 2023 at 10:00hrs at the PUC Conference Room, Electricity House, Roche Caiman Followed by: Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site at the PUC Substation atHuteau Lane on Monday 20th February 2023 after the pre-bid meeting. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process. Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Trench Excavation and Electrical Duct Laying from Huteau Lane Substation to Revolution Avenue” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé. Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 6th March 2023 at 10:00hrs. Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 6th March 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
