Tenders are invited for Servicing & Maintenance of Air Condition Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Air Condition Units on Mahé, Divided into Three (3) Lots for the Premises of: - Division for Substance, Abuse Prevention, Treatment & Rehabilitation - Foreign Affairs Department - Ministry of Finance, National Planning & Trade Bidders are invited to attend a MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting on Thursday 7th April 2022 at 08.30 am at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat - Bidding Room. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during Evaluation process. TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED, “TENDER FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITION UNITS-- AND SUBMITTED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, FIRST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA FOR MAHE ON OR BEFORE THURSDAY 21ST APRIL, 2022 AT 10:30 AM. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30 AM. ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
