- Tenders are invited for Renovation Work on the District Administration Office and Community Centre at Baie St Anne, Praslin Place of Performance : Baie St Anne Praslin Performance Period : 3 Months from Commencement Date. Access to Tender Dossier : The Tender Dossiers can be Obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 and Baie St Anne Praslin Da-S Office as of Monday 24th October, 2022 at 0830hrs to 1200hrs and 1300hrs to 1400hrs against Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of sr150/- each Closing Date for Dossier : The Closing Date for Obtaining the Tender Dossier is thursday27thoctober, 2022 at 1400hrs. Details of Site Visit : A Mandatory Site Visit & Informative Meeting will be Conducted on Friday 28th October, 2022 at 01:30hrs.(Seychelles Time). The Meeting Place shall be at Baie St Anne, Praslin Da-S Office. Failure to Attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will Lead to Bids being Declared Unresponsive during the Evaluation Process. Bidders shall Provide a Copy of the Valid License & Company of Registration upon Purchase of the Tender Dossier. Potential Bidders shall be Allowed to Inspect the Tender Dossier Prior to Purchase.
