Tenders are invited for Re-Roofing, Bracing and Electrical Works at Palais Des Sports - Roche Caiman Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossiers can be Obtained from the Department of Infrastructure Ministry of Lands and Housing, Administrative Office, 2 Nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria Accounts Section as of Monday 30th August 2021 from 09:00 am to 1:30 Pm upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Sr 250 each and Deadline Date for Obtaining the Dossier shall be Monday 6 Th September 2021 not Later than 12:00 Noon. Pre -Bid Meeting / Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Information Meeting/Site Visit has been Organized on Tuesday 7 Th September 2021 at 10:00 Am. The Meeting Point shall be at the Palais Des Sports. Submission of Tenders: Tenders must be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Marked, “Re-Roofing, Bracing and Electrical Works at Palais Des Sports - Roche Caiman” and Deposited in the Tender Box Located at the National Tender Board (Ntb) Maison De Mahe, Victoria before 10:30am on Thursday 16 Th September 2021. Tenders will be Opened Immediately after Closing at 10:30am. Any Bid Received after the Deadline will be Returned Unopened to the Bidder and will not be Accepted
