Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement for the Supply of IT and Video Conferencing Equipment. The Tourism Department is inviting interested registered and licensed bidders to bid for the Procurement for the Supply of IT and Video Conferencing Equipment. The tender have been divided into four (4) Lots. Bidders may participate in one (1) or all four (4) lots and will eligible to be awarded only one (1) lot or all the lots. Conditions The tender is opened to all local licensed suppliers only; The bidders should have experience in supplying IT and other Electronic Equipment and Hardware to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies; All pricing should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR); Authorised resellers certificate and Documentary proof equipment are genuine; A copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2021 The tender documents can be obtained via email from Mr. Jude Adeline, Director Information Technology, Tourism Department, Botanical House, Mont Fleuri on jude.adeline@seychelles.com as from Wednesday 24th November 2021. The closing date for the requesting of tender-s dossier shall be Tuesday 30th November 2021. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF IT AND VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT” and be placed in the tender box situated at the National Tender Board Secretariat (NTB), First Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria or via email: NTBtenderbox@gov.sc before Thursday 09th December 2021 at 10.30 a.m. Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10:30 a.m. LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
