Tenders are invited for Major Renovation work at Port Glaud Place of Performance : Port Glaud DA-s Office Performance Period : Sixteen (16) Weeks from commencement date. Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Thursday03rd August, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR500/- each Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday09th August, 2023 at 1400Hrs. Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Thursday 10th August, 2023 at 9:30Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Port Glaud DA-s office. TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “MAJOR RENOVATION WORK ON DA-S OFFICE AT PORT GLAUD, REF NB27/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT (NTB) 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 11.30AM on THURSDAY 17TH AUGUST.2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
