Access to tender Dossier : The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 and at Baie St Anne, Praslin DA-s Office as of Wednesday 05th July, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR500/- each Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday10th July, 2023 at 1400Hrs. Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 11th July, 2023 at 10:00Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Baie St anne DA-s office. Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process. Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license, Business Registration Numberupon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
