Tenders are invited for Provide the Server and Specialized Hardware Specification for Running the Ecbs Solution in a Fully Protected Manner. THE ENVELOPE SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE TENDER BOX SITUATED AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) MAISON DE MAHE, BEFORE 10:00 HRS ON Monday 06th February 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER 10:00 HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME). LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. The Department of Information Communication Technology (DICT) on behalf of the Institute of Early Childhood Development (IECD) intends to implement an Early Childhood Benefit System (ECBS) Solution and is inviting tenders from Software Developers for the provision of an Early Childhood Benefit System Solution and this comprises of the following: 1. Design and development of the Early Childhood Benefit System; 2. Implementation of the Early Childhood Benefit System; 3. Provide the server and specialized hardware specification for running the ECBS solution in a fully protected manner. 4. Onsite customization, installation and implementation of the Solution; 5. Onsite training of the Institute of Early Childhood Development staff in the use of the ECBS solution aligned to the operational business processes of the different user groups; 6. Interfacing of specific modules of the ECBS solution to existing information systems or equipment; 7. Training of in-house onsite IT personnel to provide 1st and 2nd level support for the ECBS Solution; 8. Provision of a 1-year Enterprise Level Support contract for the ECBS solution AFTER commissioning of the system.
