The services included under this project are to provide expert oversight and guidance in the business functional aspect of the IFMIS system implementation. More specifically:Reviewing existing business processes and requirements related to public financial management.Analyzing IFMIS functionalities and identifying gaps or areas for enhancement.Collaborating with stakeholders to define business rules, workflows, and data standards.Providing recommendations for customization or configuration of IFMIS modules.Participating in User Acceptance Testing activities, validating system functionalities, and resolving issues.Conducting training sessions for business users on IFMIS functionalities and best practices.Documenting business process changes, system configurations, and user guides.Any other tasks related to business functional oversight and IFMIS integration as assigned.
