Tenders are invited for Development of the Integrated Resource Plan The Services under this consultancy assignment include: i) Analysis of the current situation of the electricity sector, ii) Carry out a detailed resource assessment to understand our potential for generating options for the short, medium term, iii) Generation planning (least-cost) subject to policy constraints based on the base case load and other scenarios, iv) Conduct load/demand forecast which should include comprehensive study on demand-side management (DSM) and Energy Efficiency (EE) measures, v) Fuel price forecast over the planning period, vi) Network expansion planning which should take into consideration suppressed demaND Interested consultants may obtain further information at the Department of Energy and Climate Change Office at the Botanical Garden, Mont Fleuri during office hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm or at the following email address: Maureen Hoareau - m.hoareau@env.gov.sc Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below or sent to the email by 4 March 2022 at 12:30 hrs. and mention “Expression of Proposal for Development of the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) for Seychelles Power Sector.
