Description:
Tenders are invited for Coral Strand and Belvedere Pipeline Replacement. 1. Excavation Works (in earth and concrete) 2. Excavation in drain 3. Drilling and excavation in rocks 4. Laying of 100mm DI pipeline and 63mm HDPE pipe with fittings and accessories 5. Backfilling and compaction with selected and/or imported materials 6. Construction of reinforced concrete structures (corbels, pillars, slip anchor, thrust blocks) 7. Reinstatement works 8. Pressure testing of pipeline Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the PUC-s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 06th June 2022 to Monday 13th June 2022 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document. Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 10:00hrs at Conference Room, PUC Office, Electricity House, Roche Caiman. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and the site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process. Submission of Tender: Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Beau Vallon/Coral Strand and Belvedere Pipeline Replacement” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé. Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Monday 27th June 2022 at 10:30hrs.
