Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of Steps and Installation of Railing at Le Niole, Beau Vallon. Payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 2 & 3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles. Subject : Construction of Steps and Installation of Railing. Place of Performance : Le Niole, Beau Vallon Performance Period : Eight (8) Weeks from commencement date. Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd floor Room 235 as of Thursday 22nd June, 2023 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR250/- each Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Tuesday27thJune, 2023 at 1400Hrs. Details of site visit : A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Wednesday 28th June, 2023 at 10:30Hrs.(Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Beau Vallon DA-s office. Failure to attend the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bids being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process. Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company of registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “CONSTRUCTION OF STEPS AND INSTALLATION OF RAILING AT LE NIOLE, BEAU VALLON REF NB18/23” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD SECRETARIAT, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA, BEFORE 11.30AM ON THURSDAY 06th JULY.2023.
