Site Visit &Informative Meeting Schedule: Wednesday 11th May, 2022 at 9:00 am Meeting Location: Les Mamelles DA-s Office Project Officer: Mr.Gulio Pool Tel: 2728890 Contractor-s Class: Class II & III ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: Tender Documents will be available as from Wednesday 04th May to Tuesday 10th May, 2022 at the Accounts Section, 2nd Floor, Oceangate House, Room 235 at the Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs as from 9am -2pm.at a non-refundable fee of SR 150.00 per document. Bidders are allowed to inspect the documents prior to purchase. NOTE TO BIDDERS: Bidders must show proof of their valid license & company registration document upon purchase of tender documents. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “District Projects-Ref NB06/22”and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Maison De Mahe, Victoria before Wednesday 18th May, 2022 at 10:30am.
