- Tenders are invited for Construction of Chancery, Residences & Cultural Centre for High Commission of India in Victoria (Mahe) Seychelles. The scope of work will include the construction of the Chancery & Cultural Centre building, Residential building and service block, with a plinth area of approximately 9398 sq.m. The work would include execution of civil& MEP works of highest standards, involving quality structural R.C.C. works (raft foundations, columns, beams & slabs), superior quality architectural finishes, plumbing &firefighting works, HVAC works, electrical works, electro-mechanical equipment, roads, site development including external services and landscaping works. The chancery & cultural centre building has ground, basement and 4 upper floors. The residential building has ground and four upper floors, plus two lower floors. Service block is a single-storied structure.
