Tenders are invited for Construction of 1x 2-Bedroom House at Beoliere, Port Glaud ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Department of Infrastructure Ministry of Lands and Housing, Administrative Office, 2 nd Floor, Independence House, Victoria Accounts Section as of Wednesday 29th September 2021 from 09:00 am to 1:30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 200 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Tuesday 5th October 2021 not later than 12:00 noon. Pre -Bid Meeting / Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Information Meeting/Site Visit has been Organized on Thursday 7 Th October 2021 at 10:00 Am. The Meeting Point shall be at the Beoliere Clinic. Failure to Attend the Site Information Meeting/Site Visit will Result in the Disqualification of the Bidder during the Evaluation Process Tenders must be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Marked, “Construction of 1x 2-Bedroom House at Beoliere, Port Glaud” and Deposited in the Tender Box Located at the National Tender Board (Ntb) Maison De Mahe, Victoria before 10:00am on Wednesday 20th October 2021. Tenders will be Opened Immediately after Closing at 10:00am. Bidders or Their Representatives are Welcome to Attend the Tender Opening Session
