Tenders are invited for Airport Landside Coffee Shop at Praslin Domestic Airport Scope of Services: To Provide a Range of Good Quality Food & Beverages Which will Satisfy the Travelers, Staff and the Public Needs at the Airport during All Flights Operations. Eligibility: The Tender is Open to All Companies or Individuals Registered and Licensed to Operate in Food & Beverage Catering, including Restaurants & Bar Operation, Preferably Based on Praslin and Having More than 2 Years- Experience in the Business, with Good Track Records. Location and Size: Airport Landside Coffee Shop, Praslin Domestic Concourse Option 1: Tender document can be purchased as from Friday 05th March to Friday 12th March 2021 from 0900hrs to 1300hrs (weekdays only) at the Accounts Section, SCAA Head Office, at the Seychelles International Airport OR at the Praslin Airport Office on payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 per document. Option 2: Tender document can be purchased via Bank Transfer to SCAA-s bank account. Any interested bidder please email us on procurement@scaa.sc to get banking details for payment before obtaining a copy of the tender document. Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit: Due to current national restrictions pertaining to Covid-19 pandemic, no site visit or bid meeting will be conducted. Clarifications of bids will have to be via email or telephone call as per given below contacts. Submission of Tenders: Completed tenders must be submitted in a plain sealed envelopes addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority and marked “Tender for Airport Landside Coffee Shop at Praslin Domestic Airport” and can delivered at the SCAA Head Office, Pointe Larue or the SCAA Office at Praslin Domestic Airport not later than Tuesday 30th March 2021 before 1100hrs. Tender Opening Tenders will be opened at SCAA Head Office. Late submissions WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
